Unique carries treatment enables the catalysts to obtain more reasonable sponge micro pore structure so as to increase the availability of its internal surface area. Moreover, it also obtains better tenacity to improve sharp heating and cooling resistance. Carrier sintering temperature of 1500℃ enables the catalysts have higher heat-resistant temperature. Therefore, the secondary steam-reforming catalysts have been widely applied in secondary reformers of air,rich oxygen,pure oxygen and partial oxidation. So far, HZ205 and HCN-20 catalysts have been used in more than 160 plants, among which, nearly 100 sets of ammonia and methanol plants with production capacity of 300~2000 tons/day.
